Our Edgar Markov list is Mardu Vampire tribal that starts working before Edgar is even cast. Every Vampire spell you cast makes an extra 1/1 Vampire while Edgar sits in the command zone.
The deck curves out with cheap Vampires, pumps them with lords and Edgar's attack trigger, and closes with drain effects or the Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood combo.
How it plays
- Curve out with Vampires. One- and two-drops like Vampire of the Dire Moon, Indulgent Aristocrat and Cruel Celebrant each bring a token thanks to eminence.
- Pump the team. Lords like Legion Lieutenant, Stromkirk Captain and Captivating Vampire, plus Edgar's attack counters, turn tokens into a real army.
- Drain them out. Sanctum Seeker, Blood Artist and Bloodletter of Aclazotz drain the table, or Sanguine Bond with Exquisite Blood wins on the spot.

Are these real Magic cards?
No. These are unofficial, high-quality proxy cards printed for casual play — perfect for testing a deck, playing with friends, or enjoying a full Commander deck without hunting down every expensive card. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
Can I use them in tournaments?
No. Proxies aren’t legal in sanctioned events. They’re made for kitchen-table games, Commander nights and any playgroup that allows proxies — always check with your group first.
What are the cards printed on?
330 GSM black-core cardstock with a glossy finish. The black core keeps the cards opaque, so nothing shows through from the back.
Will they fit my sleeves?
Yes. Every card is standard Magic size (63 × 88 mm), so standard sleeves such as Dragon Shield or KMC fit perfectly.

What’s the difference between Foil and Non-Foil?
Both versions contain the exact same cards, printed on the same 330 GSM black-core cardstock. Non-Foil cards have a glossy finish; Foil cards add a shiny foil layer on every card for extra flash at the table.
